I am a clinical psychologist with many years of experience in Gestalt therapy.
In my work, I combine approaches from Gestalt, Schema Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help people better understand themselves, their emotions, and their recurring life patterns.
I work
I work with adults and teenagers who seek emotional stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of meaning in life.
I work with stress and trauma, anxiety, emotional burnout, and relationship challenges within couples, families, and close connections.
I also accompany people through personal and life-stage crises, moments of inner dissatisfaction, and the search for a more authentic and fulfilling life.

speak freely, be heard, and feel accepted as you are.
Alongside professional methods, I deeply value emotional support
because it restores a sense of warmth, vitality, and inner grounding.

I offer both in-person and online sessions, as distance does not prevent genuine contact or authentic support.
A therapeutic space exists wherever there is presence and attention.
